It is with heavy hearts that we would like to share with the community the passing of Don Lehman.
Don lived a rich and full life, and he will be greatly missed by many. He was a businessman, farmer, fisherman, hunter, real estate broker, salesman, truck driver, curler, car racer, snowmobiler and many other things. Most importantly though, he was a Dad, a Husband, a Son, a Brother, a Grandpa, and a friend. Behind his booming voice and imposing presence was a deep humour, intelligence and love that touched many lives. It is these memories that won't be forgotten.
Don is survived by his loving wife, Virginia, children Kelly (Mike) of Ottawa and Brad (Renaye) of Calgary, grandson Alex, mother Myrtle, parents in law Alma and Arnold and siblings Gail and Ron.
No service will be held. In lieu of donations, we ask that people consider signing their organ donation cards and discussing their wishes with their loved ones. Our family is forever grateful for the gift that we were given in 2006, and it is our wish that other families be given the same chance to enjoy a second life.
