AD COPY SUBMISSION ACCESS TO OUR FILE TRANSFER SITE (FTP)
In many cases file attachments in emails can be rejected by your email server. This occurs during high traffic times. In other cases a users account will not accept file attachments larger then a specific size. In the publishing business it is not uncommon for a file or a file packet to be extremely large. This occurs because image files are submitted at 300 dpi for quality purposes. To facilitate our customers we provide the ability to log onto our servers to submit ad copy.
To log on: Please call our office during business times (9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, MST) at 780-387-5797 and speak to one of our production staff. They will provide you with a username and password. One you have this information you can return to this page and click on the link below.
If you have an FTP program like Smart FTP, you create a new connection and include the username and password along with the URL site address: ftp://pipestone.pipestoneflyer.com
